There is a program from CLICKTEAM that is an installer. It installs just the same as automatic wizards install other software programs you download. You can use this program to package everything and suggest a web page or a file to load when the installation is complete.

I tried the freeware version, and it was very simple to work with. It is set-up so wizards ask you a few key questions, and the program does all the "grunt" work. It only takes about 5 minutes to create your package.

Using the information contained in this newsletter provides you with powerful tools to assist your marketing. By using the CGI script above you can obtain the e-mail addresses of those who download your package. Then using an autoresponder program like aweber.com offers, you can plug potential leads into your automatic follow-up system to help you close more sales.

This is just an idea. But you can create client side shopping carts using Java, or javascript. This would give you a great way to put your catalog of products on your potential customer's hard drive, and encourage repreat business. Any time they wanted something, all they would have to do is fill out the order form, go on-line and submit it.
